The plan and recommendations provided are tailored exclusively to the needs of the individual dog discussed during the sessions. Non-Transferable: The consultation package is non-transferable and must be used by the client who purchased it. Sessions cannot be transferred or credited to another person or pet. Validity Period: All sessions must be completed within 90 days of the initial consultation. Any sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or if the client fails to attend, the session will be considered used.
